1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a Studio365 purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or contact Surge Solutions through our contact page and we'll help.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling after 30 days does not refund the current period, but you can still ask us about exceptional circumstances.
4. What happens after a refund
When a payment is refunded, the related plan and any unused credits from that payment are removed. Your projects and code stay yours and remain exportable.
